The West High Entertainment Unit Parents Association provides volunteer and financial support to the West High Entertainment Unit. Because the Parents Association is 501c3 organization, donations to the Parents Association are tax deductible.

For those alumni who are interested in reconnecting with their fellow Twinkies, there are Facebook pages called West High Entertainment Unit and West High Warrior Band. Check them out!

Purchasing scrip is a way to help pay for an student’s Entertainment Unit expenses. Any unused funds will be turned over to the WHEUPA general fund when the student graduates, unless they are transferred to a sibling.

 

Starting January 1, 2011, 50% of the profit from ShopWithScrip.com, eScrip and Ralphs will be credited to the Student Account, and 50% of the profit will go into the WHEUPA general fund.

 

The scrip order form is now online. You do not need to pay for the scrip online; you can still submit a check to WHEUPA.

 

Instructions for ordering online:

 

• Go to www.shopwithscrip.com

• Click on Family Sign-Up - Create Account

• Fill out all of the information, creating a username and password

• Enter the enrollment code: 5A1E63CE8659

• You are now registered!

• To order scrip, click on ‘shop.’

• Click on scrip you’d like to purchase, clicking on ‘add to cart’ each time.

• To purchase the scrip, either select ‘check’ (indicating you will pay the amount in a check to WHEUPA) or select ‘Presto pay.’ This requires setting up a payment method through Shop with Scrip online.

• If you are paying with a check, print out your Order Confirmation and turn it in with your check.

• You will receive an email the following weekend to let you know that you can pick up your scrip.

 

eScrip

 

eScrip is a resource for fundraising in which participating businesses contribute a percentage of your grocery loyalty cards, credit card and debit/ATM card purchases to the school, group or organization of your choice. WHEUPA will credit any funds earned to YOUR student account. If you have a Vons/Pavilions card and you would like to receive WHEUPA credit through your purchases at these stores, your card needs to be registered through eScrip.

 

How to register for eScrip:

 

• Go to www.eScrip.com

• Select West High Entertainment PA your group selection. Our group ID number is 139400858.

• NOTE: If you have already registered with eScrip, your account needs to be renewed each year. Go to www.eScrip.com to renew your card.

 

Ralphs Community Contribution Program

 

• Go to www.ralphs.com

• Click on ‘community contribution’

• Scroll down to ‘participant’ and click on ‘enroll,’

• Enter your information and your Ralphs Rewards Card Number.

• Under Community Contribution, search for West High Entertainment Unit (organization #80241).
