Cost: $100
You will receive a $10 credit toward your Entertainment Unit contributions once we confirm enrollment in additional summer enrichment programs.

The cost for this contribution is $500 (first student) and $400 for siblings. Please use coupon code "Sibling20" at checkout when registering additional students to receive the reduced price.

The cost for this contribution is $200 (first student) and $100 for siblings. Please use coupon code "Sibling20" at checkout when registering additional students to receive the reduced price.

Adult Tuberculosis Risk Assessment Questionnaire
Please note that the Adult Tuberculosis (TB) Risk Assessment Questionnaire requires a physician's evaluation and signature. We will need the questionnaire, application/agreement and a photocopy of your photo ID returned to us before you can begin to volunteer.
