Halftime Football Food Preorder

WHEUPA pays the credit card fees (30c + 2.9%), so we kindly ask you to order a minimum of $10 by pre-ordering multiple games for the season at one time.
 
WHEUPA continues the tradition of organizing snack bar food exclusively for band/entertainment members performing at home football games. This service, provided by WHEUPA volunteers, allows the students to pre-purchase food at snack bar prices
 without having to wait in the general snack bar line as they take their mid-game break. It also guarantees food availability when the snack bar can run out.
 
Ordering Instructions:
1. Add individual items to your cart to purchase the minimum $10 online. Add from multiple game dates to the same cart.
2. Student picks up order on the field level by the scoreboard after the half-time performance—we set up a lighted tent for band food items and use a list with names/dates/items.
 
Pre-orders need to be submitted by 3pm the Thursday before the game being ordered so that our volunteers can relay proper quantities to the Snack Bar and for maintaining list accuracy.
