2026-2027 Fall Season Contribution + Transportation Fees

Your fall contribution
of $625.00 is critical to the success of the WHEU fall marching season. Your support goes directly towards coaches, instructors, large instruments, instrument repairs, music and choreography, props, truck rental, competition fees, and many other costs.

The transportation fee
of $150.00 will cover student TUSD bus transportation to and from all events during the entire school year.

Discount for Zelle and check payments
WHEUPA pays considerable credit card fees (~$25 per contribution). To encourage payment by Zelle and check we are passing those savings onto you. Any fall contribution+transportation payments made by Zelle or check will receive a $25 discount ($750 for single students, $700 for sibling students). Send Zelle payments to treasurer@wheupa.org and include your student's name in the memo. Receipts may be requested via email. Check payments will be made out to WHEUPA and dropped in Mr Banim's safe, or mailed to WHEUPA

Payment Plans
PayPal payment plans have also created which splits the contribution into 4 equal monthly payments. This makes it easier for many families and there is no fee for using a payment plan.  Click here to set up a payment plan.
 
Matching Contributions
If you work for a company that matches charitable contributions please consider taking advantage of this amazing benefit to potentially double your contribution. If you don't see your company listed please ask your HR department if a matching program was recently added.
 
Using SCRIP to pay for your contribution
If you would like to pay partial contribution out of your SCRIP account, please email Shermay Wong at scrip@wheupa.org requesting that your balance be applied towards an upcoming expense BEFORE proceeding to checkout. You will receive a coupon code that can be applied towards your contribution during checkout.
 
Tax Deductions
WHEUPA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.  Your contribution may be deductible on your federal or state taxes.  Save your receipt and ask your tax preparer.
